Privacy Policy
Omic Pathways is a clinical education platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have about it. Last updated April 17, 2026.
What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email, clinical role or specialty (optional), and the password you choose. When you use the site, we log basic usage (pages viewed, courses started, lessons completed) so we can show you where you left off and so faculty can see which modules are working.
How we use it
Your information is used to operate the platform, authenticate you, deliver coursework, communicate with you about your account, and (with your consent) send periodic editorial updates. We do not sell personal information.
Third parties
Our learning backend is provided by Frappe. Transactional email is sent through a reputable provider. Analytics, if any, are aggregated and do not attempt to identify individual clinicians. A full list of processors is available on request at privacy@omicpathways.org.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us at privacy@omicpathways.org and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will post the updated version here and notify registered members by email. The "last updated" date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
